  • The chalets have an outdoor veranda furnished with garden table and chairs and a reserved parking space.
  • In the apartments the equipment includes: bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, dishes and pots for 4/5 people, indoor table and chairs, TV socket, air conditioning (where applicable), bed linen (€ 6 per person), bath linen (€ 5 per person).
  • The minimum stay is one week in High Season, possibility of minimum stays of 2 nights in Low Season.
  • Rates include: 10% VAT, consumption (water, electricity, gas), final cleaning, one parking space, tourist tax excluded.
  • Check-in is after 3.30 pm and check-out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • For bookings of 3 weeks or more a 15% discount is applied on the third week. Offer not available during super High Season.
  • Pets are not allowed in any type of accommodation.
  • Upon arrival at the property a security deposit of € 100 will be required (to be paid in cash) for any damage caused to the accommodation or equipment provided. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after inspection by our staff.
  • Entertainment activities take place from mid-June to the first week of September.
